Payment

This online store accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Supported methods may include credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other payment options available through Shopify and Stripe.

Payment is processed when the order is confirmed. The regular online shop does not support $PPP payments. $PPP payments are planned for a dedicated page that will be built separately.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Nagoya, Aichi, Japan. We usually ship within 2 to 3 days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on weather, carrier conditions, inventory status, and customs procedures for international shipments.

Domestic shipping in Japan is handled by Sagawa Express. The standard parcel size is 80 size. Small goods are shipped as 60 size, and chilled items are shipped as chilled 60 size. Multiple-item orders are generally calculated based on 80 size.

International shipping is available. Shipping fees vary depending on destination country or region, package weight, and carrier availability. Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations for customer convenience are generally not accepted. If an item is defective or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the situation, we will arrange an exchange or refund when appropriate. If the item is defective or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs will be covered by the store.

Privacy

We collect and use personal information only as necessary for product sales, payment processing, shipping, customer support, and service improvement. Information collected may include your name, address, phone number, email address, order details, shipping information, and payment-related information.

Personal information is used for order processing, shipping arrangements, payment processing, identity confirmation, customer support, legal compliance, and service improvement. We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or where necessary for business operations such as carriers, payment providers, and Shopify.
